That's exactly why we built My Quotes — a dedicated quoting tool available right inside your Affiliated Parts account. It lets you build a complete quote with real shipping costs, choose your shipping speed, download it as a PDF, and convert it to an order when you're ready — all without leaving the site.

What is My Quotes?

My Quotes lives at the top of every page in your navigation bar. Click it and you'll find a clean workspace where you can add parts, set quantities, review pricing, and lock in a quote for future reference — or share it directly with a colleague or customer.

How to create your first quote

  Sign into your account Your quotes are saved to your profile, so you can access them from any device.

  Search for a part Use our part number search or browse by brand, category, and type to find what you need.

  Add to your quote On any product page, select "Add to Quote" instead of adding to your cart. Set the quantity and continue shopping.

  Select your shipping level Choose from available shipping service levels — standard, expedited, and more — with accurate freight costs shown right in the quote.

  Download the PDF or share it Generate a clean PDF to print, email to a customer, or get internal sign-off. Your quote is always saved under My Quotes in your account.

  Convert to an order — online or by phone Click "Convert to Order" to place it yourself, or call us at 630-590-6944 and we'll process it from your saved quote.
