Returns

A Return Authorization must be approved prior to any item being returned.

• To obtain an RMA, please email returns@affiliatedparts.com

All items must be new, unused, in the original packaging and in resalable condition.

Please include copy of RMA with returned parts.

Electrical parts are subject to inspection before credit will be issued.

Current stock items:

• 30 days from purchase - No Restock Fee
• 31-90 days from purchase - 25% Restocking Fee
• Over 90 days - No Returns

Non-stock items:

• Restock fee is subject to Manufacture's Return Policy

No returns will be allowed on:

• Special Order Items
• Obsolete and/or Discontinued Items
• Damaged Items

Warranty

Defective Materials - Request an RMA from warranty@affiliatedparts.com.   You will receive an RMA with instructions on how to return the merchandise and receive a full credit or replacement merchandise.

Damaged Shipment

If you received a part that was damaged, please notify us at damages@affiliatedparts.com 

Sales Tax

Orders shipped outside of IL will not be charged sales tax. 

Order shipped within IL will be charged standard tax rate.

Capacitors

Comparable capacitors may be substituted depending on availability.
